Technology Process:
The series of IC gen-sets are erect, single row, four stroke, natural aspiration, non-turbocharged fixed gen-sets. Simple structure, low rotate speed, durable, easy maintenance.
Type6350(400KW), Type8350(500KW), Type9350(600KW) are got by modifing Type350 diesel generator. Agriculture waste, rice husk, corn straw, bark and all organic waste are converted into fuel gas through gasifier. The fuel gas drive IC gen-set to work. Type350 series gen-sets are modified from 350 series diesel generator by our technicians according to the features of biomass gas with low heat, which can completely reach the expected requirement.
350 Series Gen-sets Features:
350 series gen-sets have the feature of low rotation speed, large cylinder bore and low compression ratio, which will satisfy the demand of fuel gas performance and have less wear.
Adopting cake layer monomer mixer structure, simple and stable ignition system, special sets of biomass gasification device and anti-explosion measure, these will ensure the long term normal operation of gen-sets.
Broad Applicable Scope:
Gas pressure≥2Kpa, gas composition fluctuation≤15%, gas calorific ＆#118alue≥3762KJ/Nm3(900Kcal/Nm3).
Low Engine Heat Load:
Our gen-sets exhaust pipe temperature will not exceed 500℃ at the 1-100% load, effectively prevent the situation
caused by unstable operation or high heat load.
Waste Heat Usage:
We can allocate automatic waste heat boiler or waste heating system according to customers condition.
