The coconut shell charcoal making machine convert coconut shell into actived carbon ,coconut shell charcoal.Our carbonization furnace include a carbonization plant and the three raw material container, each container coking takes about 10 hours, a day (24 hours) can be made about 1.5-2 tons of charcoal.
This carbonization furnace is the hoisting type carbonization furnace.It contains the main carbonizing apparatus and raw material container. Our hoisting type carbonization furnace generally include the main carbonizing apparatus and three raw material containers. Three containers can be recycled. A container in the firing time probably need to fire 10 hours, after the completion of the fire the container need for cooling. Charring time under normal circumstances need 10-18 hours .Under the condition of the water, charring time takes about 8 hours.A container after carbonization, put the second container in the main carbonizing apparatus to fire. Three containers main realize loading , carbonization, cooling cycle. Per day two containers can be carbonized,making charcoal production is around 1.5-2t . End product of the biomass furnace:
After the process which includes high temperature pyrolysis, volatile gas, sulfur emission, carbon enrichment of garbage disposal technology, the end product we get is man-made carbon which owns fixed higher carbon content (about 90%), Compared with the general coal, it is about twice its carbon content ( usually fixed carbon content of coal is 55% ). Besides, it is a new type of high-grade fuel with good flammability, while some biomass after carbonization has very strong activation (it can be activated up to 75%), There is no doubt that it is an ideal material for manufacturing activated carbon. Activated carbon can be processed by our carbon black processing plant to get fine activated carbon.
